You are limiting me to only one LOL I am a cheese freak. I love blues, goudas, fontina, cheddar, brie, parmesan (real only) etc etc

Cheese tases good with lots of things. Fruits, desserts, wrap it in lettuce leaves, there is so much you can enhance with the flavor of cheese.

I love all kinds of cheeses, too.

The one I keep on hand and eat the most is Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar blocks. Tastes good with Triscuits, plain, shredded with any meal that calls for cheese and paired later with a nice red wine.

I love cheese. I can't eat bleu cheese, but that's due to a past trauma lol.

European cheese (Danish, Irish come to mind) are wonderful. There's a firm Irish cheese my dh bought a few years ago that I'm now hooked on. We buy it a few times a year. I like to pair cheeses with fruits. I am trying to learn to like wine but don't so for now the fruit works great.

Love almost all and any cheese. Blue, feta, havarti, cheddar (especially sharp), colby, pepperjack, etc. etc.

i love roquefort blue cheese, and sharp cheddar, and some gourmet cheeses that I can't usually afford, like bel paese, emmenthaler (which is just a gourmet swiss) and stilton is probably my all time favorite, or something like stilton with a layer of a different cheese or a layer of nuts...

there is some german cheese they sell at wild oats, it has brie and a layer of walnuts, and it is to die for...omg...they sell out of it every year around the holidays

I can't get enough cheese! I find myself putting it on everything. I also am not picky about it. Can't think of one that I don't like!

My favorite will change from time to time, for the past few years it's been Kerrygold's aged cheddar. It' s especially good with red seedless grapes and Pink Lady apples. It also makes a yummy sandwich when combined with alfalfa sprouts, real butter, and raw mushrooms (or even suateed mushrooms)
I love parm, eat at least a bit of it nearly every day, always add it it to any kind of cheese sauce I make cuz I think the parm is what makes cheese sauce really taste *cheesy*. I also substitute Kerrygold's *Dubliner* for parm.
My son found an applewood smoked provolone that is too die for on homemade hashbrowns (and even on the frozen kind) and s crambled eggs.
I also love, love, love locally made cheddar cheese curds, could eat em like candy.
Today I am making one of my fam's fav cheeses to have on bagels - yogurt cheese w/lots of garlic and onion. (and yes, I also like Limburger)
When it comes to cheeses, I like the *stinky feet* cheeses the best, the ones with the strongest smells.

I'm a self-admitted cheese snob I studied abroad for a year in Switzerland and came to love SO many different types of cheese! Unfortunately I can't really find any good imports here . . . My two favorites have to be: Smoked Gouda (Danish) and Raclette (Swiss). Smoked Gouda is pretty easy to find, but I haven't had good Raclette in a few years now It is the best melted over new potatoes . . .

I always get two balls of fresh mozzarella cheese at Costco. I like to make Caprese salad with the cheese, tomatoes, and fresh basil.
