Beautiful day here. We are having teriyaki marinated steaks, baked potatoes, and salad. I'll through some cookie dough in the fridge (cheater!), so I'll probably make those for dessert.

Overcast here - it will warm up soon!

We are having yellow dinner because my son is testing for his yellow belt. He knows his stuff - so he will pass! I figured we would have scrambled eggs, lemonade, bananas and pineapple. If I can get my pancakes yellow, I will serve those as well!

We're having a frozen pasta meal with penne pasta, spinach and chicken breasts. We'll probably have salad with it. For some reason my kids have been requesting salad a lot. Can't complain about that!

I was going to run to the store, but since my car is in the shop (the engine light came on this morning....glad I made it to the garage!) we'll have to do with what is at home. Spaghetti and meatballs I'm thinking and garlic toast. The girls will complain but oh well. Dessert can be leftover birthday cake, my baby turned 6 yesterday so I'm sure that's what everyone will want.

Hardly any of the Roast that I made yesterday was eaten due to my 17 DD, 5 DD and myself went off and ate lunch at Chilis so wasn't hungry, so we will have leftovers today. I have those small pizzas that I'll make in case the kids don't want leftovers.

Janenga ~ Happy Belated to your 6 year old!

I'm using up the left-over chicken from yesterday and making:

fettuccini alfredo topped w/diced chicken, chopped roma tomatoes and a sprinkle of asiago cheese
steamed broccoli

dessert: lots of fresh fruit to choose from or ice cream

DH isn't feeling well today so it's just me for dinner. I'm just gonna have leftover BBQ pork sandwich and some fruit for dessert.

It was gorgeous here today, so we used the grill. I made: cheeseburgers and brats, homemade coleslaw, potato wedges and sliced cucumbers.
