O My Lord...Easter Eggs...Ideas?

We already have 2 dozen colored here. This weekend we will probably have at least another 2 or 3 dozen.
Whats your favorite thing to do with them??

The kids snack on then & eat them just peeled w/ salt & pepper. I usually chop mine & add mayo, salt & pepper & put it on bread or in a salad.

There's got to be something more out there, with the price of eggs these days, I don't want them to go to waste

??? Anyone?????

I cut them up and add them to a casserole made with cooked noodles, cut up ham, and white sauce.
Bake about a half an hour and it's done and delicious!

That's pretty much what we do - minus the egg salad!

I recycled mine into deviled eggs today - nobody minded the blue and purple deviled eggs.

I was curious too, so I looked it up. It's sausage wrapped around a hard boiled egg and fried. There's a picture here:
Scotch egg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Also, in Taiwan they soak hard boiled eggs in tea.
