Going easy again tonight, thinking about stopping at KFC on my way home. Baking more cakes tonight (got 2 done last night, 6 to go ) and the girls have VBS tonight, so take-out is the plan. Plus it'll be too hot to cook (I haven't had to say that in a long time.... ).....it's going to be a very humid day. Thank God I have a stove in the cool basement for baking my cakes!!

We're doing leftover cheese ravioli with meatballs and marinara sauce, some raw veggie sticks, and freshly cut watermelon. I'm taking dinner to a friend's house tonight too - they'll have the other ravioli casserole, green beans, and watermelon. Haven't decided on a dessert for them yet.

I'm grilling a pork tenderloin and we'll have Lipton cheddar cheese noodles and corn with it. Maybe a salad so I won't feel guilty for having no green veggie!

I made a casserole w/ rice, ground beef, and cream soup. Luckily it tastes way better than it looks! I also made a tossed salad. For dessert, there are some freshly baked butterscotch brownies.

I made a pasta salad from a boxed mix from Costco. It was a tomato and bacon pasta salad that said add mayo. The salad was gross and I didn't have the heart to throw it away.
I am trying to doctor it up and turn it into a tequila lime hot pasta. i am adding roasted red bell peppers a cream sauce I made with cream cheese, butter, and milk,some more noodles, lots of pepper, tequila, lima and more seasonnings. I hope it turns out so I don't waste my money!!

Recently married June 6, 2008! The wedding is over, now it's time to cook!

Dinner was Polpette with Quinoa, Parmesan and Sage (fancy individual meatloaves) and we tested out some Cashew Chocolate Tartlets I made for treat day.

we had a meeting that we had to be to at 4 so we had a late lunch at applebes! they have some great lunch specials! chioce of pasta or sandwich plus salad or soup
dh got 2 mini ranch chicken sandwiches and a half order of their oriental chicken salad for 6.99! I got their mac n cheese with grilled chicken 1/2 order and a cup of french onion soup with the bread and cheese also for 6.99!
