MIL coming over. This is a tough week for her as it will be her birthday , would have been FIL b-day and their 50 th anniversary had he not passed last January. So I am making one of her favorite dinners. Baked haddock, french fries, coleslaw and fresh strawberry shortcake. Pretty easy and simple.

I can't believe this weather - it's cold and rainy here again today.

We're having spaghetti, Ragu sauce & garlic bread.

Cold and raining here, too, and we're also having spaghetti, homemade meat sauce using the tomatoes I boiled down all day yesterday, and garlic Texas toast.

It's pretty hot here today. It hasn't been this hot in a week or two. Crazy weather!

We're having tacos, mexican rice and refried beans.

We went to a local steak house for dinner and then I went grocery shopping. Treated DH to some Stuffed Cabbage. I'll also make some cabbage and noodles with the left over cabbage so he has dinner for the rest of the week and for his snack at work.
