I found a few boxes of Kraft Mac & cheese hidden back in my pantry. They have a best when used by date of Jan 08. I think they should be ok, your thoughts? Thanks!

I would use them. I have been checking into food storage with people that buy disaster foods, and from what I have been reading, it seems over time the taste, texture, and after a few years the nurtritional value would go down.
Make a box, it wont hurt any one, and try it. I am sure they are fine

I'd use them, too.
