Cooked up extra chop meat with chunks of onions and red peppers last night. Going to warm it up and put it in pitas with cheese and sour cream, teamed with rice pilaf and leftover roasted parsnips.

--never tried parsnips before. Yesterday roasted them with carrots and onions and lots of spices and olive oil. Yummy.
