Cakes won't come out of pans >8^/

I decided to try and make a checkerboard cake today, used the non-stick pans the kit came with, and sprayed them (didn't flour as usual, instructions said just spray).
How do I get them out as whole as possible? I have an hour to frost them for a b'day cake before the kid drives me nuts to have it.
