| What's cooking tonight - Saturday??
It is VERY warm and humid here, so I think I'm going to grill. We'll have smoked sausage, au gratin potatoes (cooked on the grill), and peas (cooked in the microwave). DH went to his parents this afternoon and picked a bunch of strawberries for dessert (they were out of town today and worried that they'd go bad if somebody didn't pick them  ).What's cooking at your house tonight?

Hi, lfaivre!! May I ask how you do the au gratin potatoes on the grill? I love them BUT it is too hot to use the oven right now. Thank you!! Debbie |

I'm embarassed to admit this, but I just use a box of au gratin potatoes (Betty Crocker or Hungry Jack). I just prepare it like I would for the oven and put it on the grill instead.
