I am going to make this casserole that my family likes with round steak, mixed vegs and rice and roni.

Grilled Pork Chops/Veggie Skewers
Southwestern Potato Salad
Blue Cheese Slaw
Jell-O Fruit Cubes/Sweetened Whipped Cream

We dropped youngest off at camp yesterday and she's gone until Saturday! She was so excited, but I miss her! I know she's fine and I know she's having a blast, but darn, her room seems much more quiet than if she was just at a friends house!

Oldest is going to a friends house for a sleepover tonight. She'll be back in the morning, though.

So, it's just DH & I. I think we're going to try a new salad recipe. It's chicken-berry salad and it's basically grilled chicken with greens, blackberries, sliced pears & feta cheese. Sounds good. I love fruit in my salads, especially during the summer.

Well, I was going to make a creamy chicken bowtie pasta, but when I got home they had already gone and gotten pizza....I guess that will be tomorrow.

I opened a bag of Dole Italian salad and microwaved a California Pizza Kitchen margarita pizza. Just too tired to cook anything today.

i bbq'd chicken breasts and basted with a bbq/orange marmalade sauce; corn on the cob, potatoes and garlic knots (left over from yesterday)

Chicken with feta cheese sauce and rice
