Is there a 10/10 Kohls coupon out there?

I have seen a few 10/10 Kohls coupons on Ebay, but I won't pay Ebay sellers for them. Does anyone has any idea how to get them?

Yes, there is. I got one in the mail last Friday, good 11/11-11/21. No idea what prompted it. I do not have a cc with them. It was in my "real" name, not the name I use everywhere. So either the DMV or my employer sold my address - argh - but this is the kind of junkmail I like.

The only time I ever got one, it was because a new store was opening in the area. I'm not sure what prompts them, otherwise.
