I heard yesterday that Walmart is already taking 50% 0ff Christmas things, does anyone know when they wil go to 75% off?

what is the expiration date?

I did a search and it looks like Dec 30, 2011 is when the 75% kicks in at Walmart for holiday items . That is traditionally the date - and I always take that day off and stock up - hope I get some goodies this year - lol.

[size="3"]I called yesterday morning and they said everything was 75% off. When I got to the store the only things that had been marked down to 75% was the H&B gift sets. They told me it would be Feb 1st before the rest would be marked down to 75%! Can't believe they are going to set on it that long.

Yes,I can't believe how late they are this year in marking items down to 75% !
When I went , the signs said 50% off though I had called and they confirmed it was 75% off Xmas clearance - they even told me it was on the radio though I did not hear the ad .
I got there 30 mins after they opened as I work overnight - one woman already had two overflowing carts full and told me that the stuff that did not ring at 75% was ringing up at 75% off at the reg as she had already gone out once and came back.
When I got to the register , some stuff did not ring up- I told the cashier what the other customer told me and she said we are not overriding anything else -she already got one cartload for 75% off ! That made me mad as she got all the stuff and then someone stepped in to stop it - I feel like writing to corporate but prob. not worth the hassle.
