Do you have Cybersnoop on your computer? I typed in "Broadjump\client foundation\CFD.exe" on google search and came up with this: http://www.pearlsw.com/support/cs4/pcs4008.html http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...=Google+Search Cybersnoop Product: Cyber Snoop Version: 4.0 Problem: ATT Broad Band is blocked on Windows XP when logging off and logging on as separate users. Resolution: Disable the following programs from starting when your system starts: BJCFD c:\program files\broadjump\client foundation\cfd.exe ATTBroadbandClient c:\program files\at&t\bbclient\programs\regcon.exe /admincheck ATTBroadbandUpdate c:\program files\at&t\bbclient\programs\saupdate.exe ATT Broad Band has confirmed that these programs are not necessary for proper operation of your Broadband connection. These programs are known to create conflicts when logging off as one user and on as another. To disable, you can uninstall the ATTBI software or modify the specific entries in your registry. To modify your registry: Run regedit.exe from the Start->Run command Open the key KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run. Edit by double clicking on each of the values listed above and modifying the "value data" entry to an invalid value (e.g. rem c:\program files\broadjump\client foundation\cfd.exe).
