| same here
I've had the same experience with their customer service, or lack of. First of all I could hardly understand the man because he didn't speak English very well. Then, he kept telling me my credit card was being declined by my bank(I was trying to add minutes to my phone). So I called my bank and they said the problem was w/ tracfone and their bank and that my bank had approved the transaction! They would never admit it was their fault though
