FYI, I received an email from the company that had a shipping charge attached even though the item stated FREE SHIPPING....the customer service rep told me the the code was a scam and that they were cancelling all orders with the BC10 code....I mentioned that the 10.00 credit was there but so was the shipping and after a bunch of running in circles I think that they realized what the did as far as giving things away for free and adding the shipping to make up for it????I dont know, after much frustration I just cancelled my order which is what they wanted anyways....just a heads up......

I don't think the code is a "scam" considering it's the code they tell you to use in their email if the item you ordered turns out to be out of stock. It says to use the code BC10 on your next order and that they're sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't think this was a scam. I received a confirmation with the $10 taken off the total. My item started at $19.99, used the BC10 code and received free shipping. Total charged to my credit card was $9.99.

Just reporting what the cs rep told me.....she even stated that the emails are scams too.......who knows, who cares , my confiramtion email had shipping charges added to it, that was the whole reason I called, good luck to all, plmk how this works out for you....dont shoot the messanger , have a blessed day and Merry Christmas!

You know I will NEVER understand why people call -- how do they think these deals get pulled???
IF yours had shipping charges added, you do have the print out with the zero amount don't you? AFTER all was sent and gotten you could have used that for your refund instead of spoiling it for all!

My two went through without a hitch.

I just received emails that both my orders were cancelled. That is too bad because my husband really liked the one item I ordered for him and I was looking forward to the other item. I thought when I posted the earlier note that this was going to work out fine. I guess it was too good to be true.
