Ordered these a couple of weeks back with the google checkout discount. 2 weeks later received someone else's order. called and they said they's send label to get box picked up and resend my order. Someone in TX called and told my dd they had our order and were returning. Anyhoo! nothing is happening. i've been on the phone with them several times and they keep saying the same thing and i am not receiving anything. Did anyone else have trouble?

I ordered 4 pairs in 4 seperate orders. Received 1 pair less than a week later, 2 pairs right after Christmas and the last pair just got here Saturday, guess it was backordered but no problems other than waiting. I'm sorry, I know it's frustrating to waste your time on the phone.

I ordered 3 pair in 3 separate orders. I received all 3--- but just a few days ago. No problems though. Sorry-----It was a great deal---sorry you have the hassle

Look them up in bizrate. Switched orders and poor service is very common.

You are not dealing with Sports Authority. You are dealing with a company called (I think) GSI Logistics that operates sites in the names of several retailers including Sports Authority & Dick's Sporting Goods.

That's why you can't pick up or return to a B&M store.

Mine were guaranteed to be here before Christmas but they WERE NOT. I am glad I only paid $27 (with coupon and GCO) and got free shipping, but disappointing service!
