What are the best Tweezers?

I need some new tweezers mine are dull as butter. What do you guys use and how do they work? I went to Sally's and Walgreen's but there are so many ranging in price from like 69 cents to over $25.

I have a pair that is made by Sally Hansen , they are red with some holes on the side and I think they are called "Swiss Tweezers". I bought them at Walgreens, and I LOVE them. They get the teeny tiny hairs!

ELF! They're $1, with $5 shipping, so they work out to about what drugstore ones cost. I've had the Revlon black ones, Tweezerman, and various Sally Hanson ones, but these are my favourite. They're wide, slanted, and get even tiny hairs. The site is eyeslipsface.com, though I know some Targets carry some of the makeup.

Well everyone has a different opinion so I will note them and in the next week or so some synchronicity will come into play and I will find a pair.
