I need a deal on glasses. My insurance wont pay since I got contacts recently. I need to find a pair of glasses and lenses at a good price. The best price so far is $199. at Sears. Including everything I would need. I need progressive lenses.

Where can I find a deal on progressive lenses???????????

I would try Walmart, Sams Club, Costco-even ebay has some (although I don't really know how that works). But I would stick to an actual B&M store bcs if there are any problems, you can go back and get it fixed. Are there any discount places where you live? We have one out here called Lesco that offers $39 regular glasses and then it adds up when you add the scratch coating, tint, uv, etc. I think the progressives are a little cheaper than other places. Try googling stores in your area to see if there are any discount eyewear places.

Progressive lens? That's no line bifocals? How are you getting $199 at Sears? Could be because the current ad is 50% off? Wait, they run an ad for $99 including no line bifocals. The cost limit for the frames is $120 if I remember correctly. DH gets his glasses there with transition lens for around $200. What is everything you need?

When you order from Zenni how do you get them adjusted? You know how when you get glasses they have to tweak the arms and stuff to make them sit straight and correctly.

The ad in the Sunday Sears sale circular is for 50% off a complete pair. The coupon section had an ad for 2/$149 for lined bifocals. The $199 is a high price for Sears optical. Doesn't sound like a sale at all.
