Well, I told DH I thought the kids would love it if we got them a Wii. I know they'd be thrilled! (DS, 12, already has an XBox 360 but his friend a few doors down has a Wii and loves to go over there and play.)

Now the question is... WILL I be able to get my hands on one? What is a good price for this, if it's "bundled?" I was hoping after 9 months+ they'd be a little easier to get, but I can see that's not the case.

ANY advice about this is much appreciated! Thanks so much..

We got our last year from Gamestop, if you check their website they have 2 or 2 different bundled packages you can choose from, sometimes they are available immediately and other times they are pre-order. Ours was a pre-order after the first wave it, and we got ours with no problem. You can also try you local stores, especially speciatly gaming stores, chat up the sales people and you can usually find out when the shipments are......Good Luck, we love our so much we are looking to get a 2nd one after Christmas.

My DIL just bought one last week at Target. They had three on the shelf and she grabbed one for Christmas. I'm not sure if it was "bundled." The clerk told her it was very unusual to have three on the shelf becasue they usually go as fast as they put them out. She had previously checked Wal Mart and was told they get their shipments of this item in on Sunday and she had better be there Sunday afternoon. Good luck!

I have now seen a few twice at the Matthews Target. The first time I saw one in the case in the morning and did not buy it, called dh and decided to go back an hour later and get it and then decide if that was what we wanted to get for Christmas. When I got up there and hour later it was gone. Second time there were two in the case about 2 weeks ago again in the morning. I walked by the case ( we have already decided that the Gamecube is enough trouble and we will wait on a Wii even though we really think it will be fun ) saw them and then on my way back through from checking endcaps both were gone. So they do have them it's just sporadic. If I happen to be in there and see one let me know and I will pick it up for you. These are unbundled at $24x.xx.
