Where to buy a DYSON?

Been married 15 years and now I went through 5 vaccuums......I thinks its time to buy a DYSON......Anyone know a good deal? I know Target ran a deal last year where you got a $100.00 GC when you bought one. Do you think they will repeat that sale soon???? help help I am not even picky with all the colored ones (the yellow is fine for me) Any suggestions on which one?

Where to buy a Dyson...

Hi....if you have a Kohl's in your area, they handle Dyson. Currently, if you have a Kohl's Credit Card, there is a discount card (comes in the mail to cardholders). For instance, this time I got a 15% discount, but am looking for someone who has a 30% discount so I can use theirs. I had fully intended to purchase a Dyson because everyone who has one loves it, but in reading the Consumers Report, the Hoover Windtunnel's are rated much higher for all around performance + they are MUCH cheaper. So think I will settle for a Hoover. Hope this helps you. I live in a small town north and west of Lansing so have a Kohl's available to me. Good luck.

Linens n Things did the same deal--$100 gift card when you purchase a Dyson. Plus, I got the 20% off from the coupon on the back cover. I love my Dyson!
Hope this helps.

Not that I know of, just wanted you to be on the look-out. I think it was last spring, so maybe they will be doing it again soon.

You should check Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM) every day... they have been having refurbished Dysons for awesome prices quite frequently. The one listed today is already sold out, sorry.

I am probably the only one, but I have a Dyson and don't think it's worth the money. Yes, it's nice and it works well, but at $500, I think it's way overpriced. The Hoover Windtunnles are rated better and much less expensive. Also, look at the Kenmore direct drives. Those are very nice vacuums too and about $100-$200 less.

The one thing about the Dyson that DH really loves is that if you get something stuck in it (I am lazy, I will try to vacuum up anything rather than picking it up <lol>), it's easy to take apart and clean out.

I also love that it is bagless. I will never go back to a bagged vacuum again. I know the bagless get rated lower, but there is just something about seeing all the crud you suck up and dumping it in the trash. Also, I vacuum a lot (kids & cats), so I would be going through a lot of bags.

You could order through Kohl's.com. They have a coupon for 30% with Kohl's charge and you will get free shipping on any order over 75.00. Code is grand30 valid till the 18th.

I have seen a few of the "odd colors" at target on clearance within the past few weeks. I think the teal one was on clearance. Use a 20% off coupon from LNT at BBB and get an instant $100 off!!

Kohl's is definitely the best deal ... I got mine about a year or so ago. It was on sale, plus had a 30% off code. I got the yellow "All Floors" version for just under $270. I LOVE IT and wouldn't trade it for anything. My girlfriend borrowed it a few times and had to get one for herself the next time the same deal came around.

I ordered mine from Home Shoppers last week when it was the deal of the day. It came with some additional attachments and some of the cleaners. It was a good deal with free shipping when I ordered. You might check them out.

I bought a refurbished Dyson from Amazon. It was substantially cheaper and looked brand new when it came in. I've had it for about 5 years and I haven't had any trouble with it.

HTH.
