Anyone have any advice on the best plugin air fresheners? We are getting ready to sell our house, and my brother (who is a realestate agent) recommends having them around the house. Any suggestions on ones that you like, dislike. Or do the ones that you just set out on the tables work better? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks for the help!

My favortite are the ones from BBW, but I have used the Febreeze ones also........HTH

Forgive me, but I hate the ones from BBW. I took a job there setting up the displays for six months last fall and Christmas. I stocked up when they were dirt cheap, and I'm very disappointed. No smell really. I bought mostly warm vanilla sugar, so maybe it is the scent I picked that is the problem.

What scent do you like, Nicole?

I use the Wallflowers in the Clean Linen scent from BBW for my laundry room.The catbox is there, it really does help (of course my laundry room is very small), each bulb lasts about 2 months.

I like the Airwick ones that run on batteries and you can set them to spray in intervals, from once every 5 min or so to once every half hour or so. I have the lavendar and one other fragrance that I can't think of right now.

and the new renuzit tri-scents work really good
We are trying to sell my grandma's house right now and I bought some of the lysol or airwock fresmatic ones from CVS last week for 1.99 with coupon

I like the BBW ones also they will be 2/$10 dueing their BIG JUNE SALE I was in the BBW store the other day and I believe the clerk said the first MON in JUNE!!!!! So I think that is the 2nd but if I am wrong please correct me. If you get the Wallflowers one the refils come 2 in a pack and I buy enough for the whole year Love the Lillac and Japenese Cherry Blossom they seem to hold the scent the best. Wow, that's a dangerous question! LOL! I love a lot of their scents, but I do think your right about the Warm Vanilla Sugar, it doesn't have a very strong scent.....

My favorite scents are:

for fall and winter

Cinnamon Vanilla
Creamy Caramel (this to me has a very strong smell)
Sensual Amber
Cinnamon & Clove
Sweet Pumpkin Cinnamon

for summer and spring

Vanilla Coconut
Irrestiple Apple

I always stock up during their sales.......Right now they have their room sprays on sale for 3 bucks a piece...I like these too. One Spray lasts a while, longer then anything I have bought from the grocery store....


OP, maybe you could consider buying a few electric warmers for candles or for the oils, or some fresh potpurri, you can refresh that now and again with a few drops of oil.......
