sure you go on there list some items you have for trade and the value
say I have 30.00 value sweater I don't want I put it up
somebody grabs it
then I have 30.00 in credits or money value I could grab back
say I see a movie worth 30.00 then I can grab it see but no money is really exchanged just value amounts some people have over 500 credits so once in awhile they run auctions you can use them on or have fun mystery swaps for no credits just equal value boxes they also sell stuff for money on there too but if your broke but have things to trade this is the ideal place to go I love it wish I would have known about it longer I started with posting 4 items and I am already up to 200.00 in credits I got avon with watkins and NEW MIND YOU movies toys for my kids and they even have a section where people will grant wishes for you if you have credit like me I have 200 and I put up my wishlist and some lady sent me a box full of stuff for 50.00 and granted my wish by sending things I needed it the best thing since icecream lol I thought trading was fun lol hope that helps

So I would box up my item for someone and ship it to them at cost to me and same if I had enough credits to buy from someone else, they pay shipping? What if we got junk? Is there a feedback system or is this screened enough that disappointments are at a mininum? Are there pictures posted if someone's got a cute vase or something?
