The GAP has women's sweaters marked $16.99 on sale for 40% off. That brought the price down to $10.19, a good deal for sweaters that were originally $39. They have a solid colors (red, purple, royal blue, hot pink, gray, black) and some striped sweaters.

I was just coming to post something very similar. At the Gap store in Bellis Fair Mall (Bellingham, WA), all previously-reduced items were an extra 40% off. I got four pairs of pants, three sweaters, and a t-shirt for under $100. Also, they were offering gift cards at 20% off - really! A $50 gift card cost $40, a $100 gift card cost $80, etc. YMMV, of course, but it was a good day in upstate WA.

The salesgirl steered me to some men's Polos marked down to $9.99, with the 40% off they were $5.99. I bought the Royal blue sweater for about $10, it's beautiful! I also bought my daughter the v-neck hot pink sweater. There were some great deals with the 40% off.

I went back with my daughter tonight to buy more sweaters, (we tried them on and liked them,) but today they were only 25% off. Weird, that a sale would end on Monday.
