Deals had Atkins Lo Carb Frozen Pepperoni pizza (single serving) for $1.00. I bought one and they are good for that kind of thing- plenty of cheese, etc. The low carb meals are around $3.00 at the grocery stores here, so this is a great deal.

I just came back from my Deals. They had the 1 lb boxes of Tempura Cod and Tempura Salmon. Last week, I got 2 lb boxes of the Cod. I saw other people with Tempura shrimp but the freezer case was empty when I go there. I baked the cod and it was terrific. The 2 lb box had 11 pieces of fish. Lyn Clarke

The Deal$ at 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow, OK had about 15 bottles of the Circle of Friends Bath and Body Works No Tearski Shampoo for kids. It is the 12.5 fl. oz. bottle with the pump. I think this is like $8 at the store, isn't it? They also had Keebler (Star Wars Lava stripes) Fudge Stripes cookies 11.5 oz. with Darth Vader on the package. The other thing that I thought looked good was the Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Cuisine in a box. There were several dishes (just add the meat and water) Red Beans & Rice, Dirty Rice, Gumbo and Jambalaya. They look like they'd be as easy as Hamburger Helper.
