Non-Holiday Deals Target Week of 1/7

I thought I'd start a thread for non-holiday deals. I see a TON at 30-50% that will be smokin' deals very soon!

I did see a jogger stroller at 50% off -$49.98 and a bouncy seat.. also lots of clothes in the infant section.

Hope this helps!

Yes, I'm waiting for the kid's stuff to go down too! My dd could use some more socks and those sippy cups w/ straw by Munchkin ...oooh we need those. That is the only thing that my dd likes to drink her milk out of in the morning and our other ones are kind of gross at the moment, but would love to pick up a bunch at 75% even 50% off. I did get lucky today and found a Carebears one at Big Lots for $2.50. And now that my dd is completely potty trained and in underwear, looking for those deals too.

I was walking around and just happened to notice something out of place so I checked it out. It was a vinotemp wine cooler for 12 bottles. When I took it to the scanner it rang up at 18.75. I really didn't need it, but I bought it, we have one bottle of wine in our house and it belongs to our son. He received the bottle as a gift last year for Christmas. You can tell what big wine drinkers we are!

Carter's pjs have been on clearance for a couple of weeks at 30%. I have been watching them and noticed they finally marked them down 50% making them $7.48 for two pair. I bought a set for my twins in a size 2T. (These are the blanket sleepers...I think they start at 12 mo. and go up to 5T.)

Just got home from Target. The girls sweats were on sale 75% off. I got 6x sweat pants for 1.48. The matching sweat shirts 1.48. Went to check out the boys sweat pants and they were only 30% off. They did have some of the boys T-Shirts with cute sayings on sale for 1.98. I found a 6 pack of red votive candles for .75. Also a 60.00 weather station clock that rang up 5.98. It was part of the Smith and Hawkins stuff mentioned on the other post. Also found the clearanced tape Scotch Magic Tape 4 Roll for .29. Will probably go back tomorrow to see what else is on sale.

In the baby/toddler section, I found the Hanes sweats for 75% off. They had some shirts, but mostly pants. These were the boys and were 98 cents each. The girls (which were right next to the boys) had a sign that said 50% off over them, but I didn't really look to see what they were marked at. HTH someone. I stocked up for my son for next winter!

I know this is a nonholiday thread, but I wasn't sure where to ask it...has anyone tried to scan holiday items today? I was just wondering if they had gone to salvage.

thanks!

I went to the Target in Peachtree City, GA and found 3 holiday Barbies in pj's, which scanned "item not found" - however, I took them to the checkout and they gave them to me for 90% off, which was $.99. I was surprised but very happy!

Did see some candles 75% off today - there was some boxed apple/pear candles and some regular ones.

Also found 3 of the Minute Maid 10 packs for .69 each (my store hasn't had any since someone first mentioned this, so I was happy to find them).

Just an FYI -- these sweats wear horribly. For under $1, it's a good price for play clothes, but they get all 'pilly' and worn looking after only a few washes/wears.

They are Restore and Restyle brand (Target's brand). The white crib has a drawer underneath and there is a maple one that has a drawer as well. The Basset cribs are also on clearance. A bit pricier, but much nicer. My store was out, but they have a honey pine and a cottage white one. Both should be around $75, and $100 regular $300 and $400.

Just another note on the Hanes sweats......I buy these every year when they go on clearance for my kids' play clothes or for comfy clothes on gym days at school. I've never had a problem with them getting pilly but the difference could be that I don't put them in the clothes dryer. I hang dry them, mainly to avoid fading or shrinking but perhaps it also keeps them looking nicer. Just thought I'd share in case it could help someone else who buys them.

I paid ALOT more than ya'll just 2wks ago for the HANES boys sweats. BUT..... love the fit, shrinkage (little) etc.... on the smaller sized ones, the 16-18's though are WEIRD.....my son tried his on and they fit REALLY strange... like the back should be the front...super poofy in the front....so I'm returning them today! Maybe I'll find the rest have gone down in price?!
