Back in the Lawn and Garden section they have huge houseplants marked down to $15.99. I bought a 4' tall peace lily in a really pretty metal planter box. They also had rubber plants, mother-in-laws tongue, palms and several others

For those of us with black thumbs, I found a couple of Sean Conway artificial plants, in with the other artificial plants, for 75% off. Ours had a rose plant for $8.xx and another deeper red flowered plant (sorry can't remember the plant name) for $6.xx.
