I got 3 of these today from the 2 walgreens in my town.

The normal price is 59.99 and its the 17pc magic bullet set.


The shelf might say 49.99 but get them to price check it at the register..

If it STILL rings up 49.99 get them to check with their main pricing system and they should see the 15.49 clearance on it. At one store it rang up for 15.49, and at the second store they had to check their computers and then they saw it was 15.49, not the 49.,99 it rang up for at the second store.

I really want one of these. Will have to run out tomorrow to see what is at our local Walgreen's. Was it shelf-priced at the $15.xx at either store?

At my Walgreen's the shelf was priced $15.49 and it was empty. So, I looked up at the very top shelf to see the overstock and there just happened to be one left. (Thankfully I'm tall enough that I could reach it myself.) Then I noticed there were other clearance tags in front of empty spots on the shelf as well. So, I looked at the tags to see what items had been there, and then looked up at the overstock and also managed to score a 6-cup food processor and a 12-cup coffee maker for $4.19 each (reg $15.99 each)! The coffee maker and food processor are both white and are Signature Gourmet brand (Walgreen's brand). I don't expect much from them at that price, but they both come with a 2-yr warranty to replace, repair, or refund (at their option) when returned to Walgreen's with a receipt, if defective. They had the same coffee maker in black, but apparently it didn't get marked down (at least it wasn't on the shelf).

Other items that were clearance marked on the shelf (all Signature Gourmet brand)...... a rice cooker (5.5 or 6-cup, can't remember which) marked $4.19 (reg $15.99), a steam iron marked $5.49 (reg 19.99), and a blender/food processor marked $7.49 (reg $29.99). So, if you can't find any of these items on the shelf, you may want to see if they have any stashed away on the very top shelf with the overstock.

Got one yesterday...Asked for price check...came up 15.49 (shelf tag $49.99)...Went to another one today...Came up $49.99...I said can you double check...I ended up with reg. manager & store manager...They said it was at the discretion of the store manager...HE said it will sell for 49.99...I can't give it to you...So only got the 1...RRRR

I went to two stores yesterday and found none, not even a shelf tag. I am in KC MO area, maybe they are already gone, or I am not looking in the right place. Where in the store are you finding them?

None at my 2 stores.

Found 1 Monday in my area and the manager refused to sell it to me at the clearance price. He wanted $49.99

Picked up 2 today at the Walgreen's across from Sams in Va. Beach.

Well I did have my receipt from the Walgreens across town where i bought one for 15.49 when I went into the second store where they were ringing up 49.99 still.

And the manager there was able to check her computer system and find out that it should indeed be 15.49, not 49.99.. Guess i just had a nice manager.

And to clarify, at BOTh stores the shelf price said 49.99.. But at first store it rang up 15.49 and at second store it rang up 49.99 but the manager was able to find the clearance price in their computer system and change the price in their computer system to be updated.


The magic bullets should be next to the appliances..

in my walgreens they have two aisles, one with appliances and one with the seen on tv gadgets.. our magic bullets were in the appliance aisle.

I went out to look yesterday and only found the blender/food chopper (7.49). There were two left and I bought them both one for me and one for ex-husband. The clearance sign for the Magic Bullet was on the shelf still but the spot was empty.

Yeah, if the shelf had actually said 15.49 in either of the two walgreens i had gone to, i KNOW it would have been sold out. But lucky for me the sign said 49.99 but rang up 15.49 so no one caught on to the great deal there.

After going to 7 different Walgreens yesterday and not finding one, I tried a different method. I asked a sales associate if there was any way she could check the inventory of the magic bullet at all the other local stores. She said she could and would call me back. She told me that only one store in the area had them. It totally beat driving around and I was so thankful for her help. It's hard to find great customer service like that anymore. I called the store that had them and had 2 put on hold for me. Thanks OP for the heads up on this awesome deal!!!

Yeah, I went Tues and found two on the shelf and they were 49.99 too. Lucky you OP. I've wanted one of these for a while now...I will get one sooner or later...

Well they WILL clearance to 15.49 unless they all sell out at that store for 49.99.. I assume you had the cashier scan it for price right?

Your other option is to tell the manager that walgreens is clearancing these out and could he check the system to get the 15.49 clearance price. That is what i had to do in one of the two walgreens, but of course i had the backup of the receipt from the other walgreens proving that that was the price.

I was told the sale had ended Sunday with the new circular that was out. And, there were little remnants where the $15.xx pricing tag had been pulled from that, and other items as well. I am happy you got yours though, and thanks again for the post.

I got 2 of these today. Shelf tag said $49.99 but they scanned $15.49.

It isn't a sale, its a clearance, it shouldn't end til they are all sold out of the product. Were there any left? did you get it scanned?

Yes there were 2 left, and they scanned at full price. Couldn't talk them into it unfortunately.

A store employee did the same for me when I was looking for the Polaroid camera. I didn't get his name, but I did submit a thank you with the store location and time I was there, letting them know how happy I was with the service he provided. I got a very nice letter from the store manager thanking me and letting me know that she would find out who was working Photo at that time and let him know. She said it's rare that anyone writes to commend good service; More often than not, people only write when there's a problem. By the way, there's a link on their website for you to comment on service received.

I work in Customer Service and even though customers are usually very nice and thank me when I've solved or prevented a problem with their orders, not many have the time or would even think of calling or writing to my supervisor. It's something I don't usually do myself, but I'm glad I did in this case. I'll just try to get the employee's name if I do it again in the future.

I went into Walgreens yesterday and they had a Magic Bullet on the top shelf, black box, but the box said $29.99 (stamped into the box). Is this the one?

I don't think so. The ones I found are in a red and white box. They are regularly priced at $59.99.

I picked up one earlier this week and went back today...they are full price. I asked the manager and she said that they got a notice from corporate to put the price back at 59.99. She said it was a pricing error. We will have to see if they go back down.

I got mine today another xmas present for the in-laws. One of the kids will give it to them as they lost everything in a fire last fall and are rebuilding their lives, GREAT FIND THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!

I got one. I found 2 up on the top shelf with a tag in front $15.49. It rang up $59.99 and I told the cashier that the sign said $15.49. While she was calling to get a check the lady behind me asked if the was any more, I told her that there was one more. We both walked back and check ed that the price was $15.49 and the manager said that she would have to give it to both of us for that price. The price must have gone back up.

I asked at one of my stores, they were all out and they said that they were not getting them back in. So I don't know why they would put the price back up. I am sad did not find one in any of my 4 stores.

Does anyone have one? What do you think of it? I've seen the TV ads, someone on another board said the best thing to make was the smoothies. Not much good for anything else.

I'd love to make the pesto.
