Stopped by a local Old Navy store (Ma*****o, MA) and found lots of winter knit caps and a few pair of knit slippers marked down to 10 cents each! Wow - perfect for an orphanage project that I have ongoing!! Woohoo.

Definitely think this is a manager markdown....YMMV kind of thing....but may be worth a check if you're looking for out of season items like this. Also, girls 4-10 solid knit l/s tops in white and red, crew and v-necks, $1.99 each
