I've used ArtsCow three times and they are inexpensive, however shipping costs are high (they ship from Hong Kong) and they are very slow to deliver and have poor customer support. The quality is ok, not great. I personally wouldn't order anything from them now and expect to get it before Christmas, that's just been my experience in dealing with them.

I have ordered from them about four times. My orders arrive in about two weeks and I get many great comments about the items I have purchased. The one time I had a problem, they quickly sent a replacement.

I have had experiences somewhere between the two previous posters. It did take quite a while to receive the items, but they were fabulous quality. I had one problem and they sent a replacement with no questions asked. I would never be afraid to order from them but would make sure I was not on any sort of time schedule.
