At Amazon Now! Had it in my cart for a couple days to buy @ $39.XX(?) and when I finally had time to purchase this evening was shocked to see the $19.99 price!

Thanks so much! I bought this at Target on black friday for $27.99-so I was able to buy this one and get another gift for the price that I paid at Target-and Free Shipping! And Target is only 1/2 mile from my house, so it is a easy return for me!
