I actually purchased the license for this 2 years ago and it was $29.99 - This is the best Windows System Monitor/Cleaner I have ever had/tried.

I never "pimp" out a deal I find - I post 'em and forget about it --- but this is one where I highly recommend you go to the site and see if it would be useful for you. "Scotty" has stopped so many programs from loading and adding themselves to my start-up, and having unnecessary programs on my start-up is my pet-peeve. Plus you can go to the Task Manager thru Scotty and find out what all those programs are that are running on your computer (Scotty tells you what they are and if they are important) and you can decide to stop them or not.
