I hope this isn't a repost. I did a search, but didn't find anything.

Go to Clear Channel and do a station search for your nearest large city. This will bring up a list of Clear Channel stations. Click on "More" and it will show the the stations website. Go to their website and look for something that says "half off hook up", "rewards", "1/2 price deals" etc. They sell half price gift certificates for local area restaurants and businesses. Ours this week is a family four pack of passes for unlimited all day access to Celebration Station for $25. They claim each pass is valued at $18.99.

This would also be a good thing to look up for places you may be planning to visit. You can also try a google search for "half price clear channel" and the city. That brought up a few for me.

I found out about this on Disboards a while back and bought many 1/2 price gcs for restaurants in Citiwalk at Universal Studios. We ate very good for very cheap on our last vacation!

Thanks, what a great tip! Got a GC to one of our favorite restaurants. I searched under radio to find local deals, about half of the stations listed offerred something and each station had different deals so check them all! Also, I clicked on TV and found a bunch of stations there. If you live in any of those cities that come up, check the websites. I looked at the one closes to me but the deals were definately only for that city. The TV station I clicked had about 10 deals on it though so it would really pay off if you have one in your city.

Wow, awesome tip. I never even thought to look at TV stations. Unfortunately we don't have any in our area, but it is good information for others. I did forget to say that the offers change every week and if any are left from past weeks they sometimes do blow out sales. I paid $10 for a $50 gc to Nascar Cafe in Orlando. Be aware, as bethroman said, they are only good in the city listed - even if it is a chain.

Edited to add: I found it. It is on the left hand side for me. I didn't notice it at first because it is just a small link and most stations have a bigger ad for it on their website. So, if you don't think your station is participating, look really good at the whole website. It could be a very small link.

The Red Robin gcs came in 2 bundles of seven $7 gcs -- meaning $98 (2 x 49) for $55. A great deal! I didn't see anything about restrictions in the way of cities it could be used or when they expire, but the bank address is Houston. Says cannot be used on alcohol where restricited; wonder if Houston's one of the prohibited places. Guess there's only one way to find out

Hadn't tried the egg burger yet -- love the bottomless fries though and the bailey's shake. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I checked my local station that I had checked awhile ago, and they already added more restaurant options, so keep checking!!
