Why can't Texan's order from this site? No, I am not from texas, I just didn't realize that whole states couldn't shop at some places. That is bizarre to me.

That used to be true...that Yves Rocher offers (by mail and phone also) specifically excluded residents of Texas. I don't believe it's the case any longer though. Not for a couple of years, at least.

I've ordered from the web site. More than once. And had no problems.
