Just a heads up, I saw on another board that not all the items that were supposed to be in with this bag are not there. Some people have emailed the company and others amazon with different degrees of sucess.

I was missing 2 of the cheaper items and emailed them, they gave me a partial refund.

Mine just arrived yesterday -- I ordered two, one for me and one for my mom. They each were missing 3 items, so I'm e-mailing Amazon right now and will hopefully get a partial refund. The interesting thing is that they must have had two different bags, or the 'missing' items weren't actually in the bag, but were going to be included in the shipment. There is a paper attached to both of the bags that lists exactly what I did receive as being the contents.

What I did get was really nice, however and worth the $19.99!

I received my bag on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, I e-mailed them and got a response within an hour, offering me a partial refund. They gave me the option to accept the partial refund or return the items. I took the refund and received an e-mail confirmation later Saturday afternoon that the money was being credited back to my CC (hasn't shown up yet, however).

I think the bags, even minus the missing items, were worth $19.99, but I asked for a refund because I really wanted the missing items.

I emailed them, and they said to send back the original tote, and they would send me a new one with all the stuff in it. I emailed them back, and asked for a partial refund, But they said they already had one to ship, and when I got the new one, send them the old one. Sounds liek a lot of trouble to me.

Call them and ask them to email you a postage paid label,so when the ups brings the new one they can pick up the old one.Its its through USPS you can give it to the mailman or drop at the PO.
Seeing that the items were missing they should give you the postage paid label with no prob.
