Am I missing something or are the cheaper ones already sold out? The cheapest kids' Crocs I see are $26.95 ($26.95 - $10 is only $16.95), how are you guys getting them down to $15.xx??? The kids have a few pairs of the llbean ones, Wal-Mart ones, etc., are the real Crocs better quality? Thanks in advance!

If you sign up at shoe buy, you will get an extra 10% off to make the $15.XX. It's really nice because I think if you order w/i 30 days for each order, they will continue to give you the extra 10% off.

As for the difference - YES! I bought my 5 yr old "fake" crocs from TRU and when she proved that she would really wear them, I bought her a pair of real crocs. When she put on the REAL crocs, she announced how much better they felt. LOL! I guess from her point of view and not knowing the price difference or any influence of me, she knew the difference. I just love mine! I wear them camping - in and out of the water, sand, mud, rocks and they show NO wear.

I have both LL Bean and Croc brand. My kids have LL Bean for 2 years now. The LL Bean are great!! In no way are they cheap knock offs! To their defense, they come in specific sizes, not 2 size ranges. I wear a size 9 and the 8-9 Croc is too small and the 10-11 is too big. The LL Bean style are a 8 and they fit great!! I am very loyal to LL Bean and the quality is always top notch!

Thanks guys for the info. We have LL Bean, Skechers, Wal-Mart ones, all have held up beautifully. I can't personally tell a difference, but I agree the LL Bean ones are quite nice and heavier I think. They are not cheap that is for sure (they are pricey too unless bought on sale/clearance). Wal-Mart has the knock-offs for $5 right now, so more bang for the buck with 4 kids here! I did go ahead and order three pairs of the real Crocs; two came to $15.25 each for me and then my oldest daughter is wearing a women's size so they were $18.xx.

The kids 'convinced' me that they are better with the alligator on them, ha ha. We shall see I guess. I thought I'd give the real deal a try at that price! Thanks again for the post and all of the replies!

Susan

I'm confused about the different (more specific) sizing they seem to have now. My daughter already has a pair of the Women's Medium 8-9 Caymans and I'm not sure if I should get her a size 8 or a size 9 now. Help?
