I think all you need is the new precription and you can order from there, The glasses were cheap. My husband just had his eye examined and the glasses cost 400.00$ I would like to get him another pair (cheap) for work.

www.zennioptical.com has $8 glasses - you enter in your prescription and the shipping is the same no matter how many pairs you order - they come with a hard case and a lens cloth too! I have had great luck with them!
