Okay, I was helping a friend place an order and I think we figured out the free shipping. If you go to the home page and scroll down to the bottom it says if you buy previously viewed DVDs you will get free shipping. It doesn't appear to matter if you have an account with them or not. HTH.

I got Cars but it was $2.15 for me. Still a good deal. We actually got the Cars DVD when it first came out but someone didn't put it back where it belonged and we haven't been able to find it. Couldn't possibly have been our now 5yo son.
