I had trouble using my code from my $10 for future purchase from my last order.
Mine was saying already used..though I had never used it.
Also it wouldn't let me use the hiphugger or thong coupon without a VS card.
I called my $10 credit in and they took it just fine with the 20% and the free perfume.

That's the code I used on my order and you do have to have a certificate number to use it. I placed a few orders last month and inside each was a cardstock ad that said "$10 off any thing." Each has a certificate number in the bottom left corner. You can combine that code/certificate number with the $10 off bday code. HTH

I had several amazing codes offered, the perfume set w/ sleepwear, $10 off, free scarf w/ sweater purchase,free panties,etc.
I made two orders, b/c one was a gift.
What happened on both orders, I didn't get the "Free" items. I called and complained b/c they're still advertising for the perfume sets and as stated when I ordered, the item was in stock. However, it never shipped, same w/ scarf.
They shipped me out a free $10. g/c and gave me free s/h for my next internet order.
so, if this happens to you, make sure you call so you get a free gift card.
Also, something to look at.....
Make sure they are charging you the correct amount on your orders...
I had a few orders that didn't take off my promo codes and I was charged full price. I called and they instantly refunded me.
They have very good customer service.

I placed a sweater order on Tuesday and none of the scarf codes would work.
Ialso tried the perfume code with the sleepwear and it wouldnt work, it said it was out of stock. I emailed VS and complained and they said they were out and it was an "as supplies last" thing even though everything said it didnt expire until 12/21. They didnt compensate me in any way. =(

I ordered a robe on clearance ($13.99) and added free perfume. I also used free shipping and the December birthday code. My total was $3.99. When my package arrived the UPS driver told me that the package was opened during shipping and I should make sure that everything I ordered was in the box. She said she was going to log it in as 'damaged'. When I looked in the box, my robe was in it, but the perfume was NOT - though the invoice stated it was shipped with it. I immediately called CS and they were very helpful and sent another one would w/ no problem.
