Can someone please help me with this. I put the promotion code in and it took the $10 off however it is charging $8.25 for shipping. Was it suppose to be free shipping in addition to the $10 off?

PS though this is my first post with this ID I am not a newbie just havent been around in years.

Hi Mindy, Did you sign up for the newsletter - I think you need to do that to get the free shipping.

Yes I used the coupon and it took $10 off but not the free shipping. Guess I cant have both.

I'm sorry, it looks like they have taken away the free shipping - I guess too many people using the code

I'll adjust the post and take off the free shipping info.

What is Secure Code? I went to buy this frame and it wouldn't let me finish the purchase without registering my credit card with this service.. does anyone have any experience with this?
