Trade was made July 11,coupons weren't even mailed out until July 18. I'm pretty sure they weren't mailed out until after I sent her an email asking about them. I didn't even recieve a reply to that email,but finally got a reply July 20 that the coupons had been mailed. I WILL NOT be trading with Laura again!

I'm sorry you wasn't happy. I did email you right back as soon as I received an email from you. You have probably come up with the best solution to your problem. You are the first person I've had a problem with in the 9 years I've been here. I am terribly sorry your weren't happy, but as the saying goes you can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all the people all the time.
