slow load times

Has anyone else been having difficulties getting this site to open lately? For the past couple of weeks , it has required trying to open it followed by closing the window , opening another and trying again. The 2nd attempt works , the first never loads. Nothing has been changed on this end and housekeeping is done daily on the system.

Hmm...I haven't noticed any issues. If anyone else has had issues, please post it here.

BTW, which browser are you using? I know that I occasionally have issues with opening new tabs in IE8 where it refuses to load ANY webpage. Like you said, I literally have to open another tab for a site to load.

I use IE6 and have no issues with any other site in using it.

Ok, I'll do some testing here with IE6 and see if I can recreate the issue. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

No - I access the net via CompuServe.

No clue as what changed , but the past few days , the site has been loading just fine. Nothing was changed on my system.

Thanks for letting me know. I've been trying to recreate the problem with no success. If it starts happening again, please let me know.

Spoke too soon. Had no problems Wednesday - Friday , but the problem was back Saturday.
