Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce this problem in general. We've had a couple of members have this issue, but others are receiving emails just fine, which leads me to believe that emails from MyCoupons.com may have gotten on a black list with certain email providers, and they are getting blocked. We are currently looking at different solutions, including upgrading the boards, or even choosing a different software for the boards. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon. Justin |

my emails go to a yahoo email. They aren't in spam (bulk) email folder either didn't get notified of these replies either. it always worked fine; just within the last month

I hear ya! I didn't even know you were posting because I'm not getting any notices either. Not sure what is up..... I'm contacting tech support. Please send me direct emails whenever you are not getting any help. Those should come to my personal inbox. When no one is getting any notifications, how can any help?

| And you did check your settings to make sure they haven't been reset or changed? I'm not getting the PM email notifications yet either, but I have started getting the thread ones. I sent Justin an email w/an update.

| I wish I knew what to say or do. Tech support is aware of it and they have not been able to resolve it completely. Mine started working recently and still are (knocking on wood). Very frustrating!
