Is the PM popup notice not working?

I usually get a box that pops up when I have a new PM but I haven't gotten them for 2 days now.

Is this feature down?

Shirley,

These popups are working fine for me and we've had no other complaints. Please clear your caches and reboot your system. This may solve your problem.

Make sure your PM folders are not full.
