I tried to re-enter the correct code and now have found out what I am doing wrong. The merchant was not on the list. When I use the filter, it comes up with the closest match, which this time around was american express. I have now, unintentionally entered 2 incorrect merchant names for the codes. I am so very sorry. I try to check out all the codes I enter to make sure they're valid and now I've entered, totally accidentally, 2 incorrect codes today.
Please accept my apologies.

Now, the next question. How do we add a merchant's code if that merchant is not on the list? I was trying to add an American Eagle code.

To enter a merchant who is not on the list, you need to select “NOT ON LIST” from the dropdown.

In the field that appears Merchant Name: type in Merchant Name (ie: MyCoupons Store)

In the field that appears Default Merchant URL: type in Merchant URL (ie: www.mycoupons,com)
