How do you add Location and signature to posts?

I am not sure If I am asking this in the right area or not, but was just wondering how to add my location and a signature to the bottom of my posts. I see some people have it and others dont. I went into my account but couldnt figure it out.

click on the user CP and then you will see a list on the left side.
After you add something be sure to click save.

Edit Email & Password
Edit Profile
Edit Options
