Anyone else having trouble with the new Coupon Match Game?

The first day I played this, it was a little difficult finding matches but by the next day, everything and anything matched it seemed. So I literally played all day that day, LOL. But the next day, none of those points showed up. But I kept playing anyway. On the first page it shows less points but once you click on the play the game, it shows I have more points(along with everyone else too). Now I can't even find tags that match. Some of these should be very obvious but there will be no match. I do good to get 10 points a day now. Anyone else having this problem or am I just doing something terribly wrong?
HELP!!! I need my fix of playing this game.

You're not the only one. Obvious things should match at least once in awhile. It's very frustrating. Do you also have boxes come up that have no store name, no code, no information at all? What do you even try for those? In the beginning "free" or "blank" usually worked for those, now nothing works at all on any of them.

I haven't had the no store name, no code. I haven't tried it today at all, no time for it. But I guess they're still working out the glitches. It was really fun and the points added up quickly so I hope they get it fixed soon!

I'm glad you enjoy playing our game. We have some big improvements planned for it that will make it even more fun to play.

In the mean time we are looking into the issues you are seeing. I have a feeling that it just may be working the way it is supposed to work but because of how many codes you reviewed and to be honest we did have a bug immediately following launch that meant that matches were recorded that weren't really matches.

In any case we are investigating to make sure it is working the way it is supposed to be working.

I don't think it is working correctly for the last few days.

Say it shows "Free shipping at fragrance.net". You can try to enter things like perfume, fragrance, free shipping, free ship, and anything else that you think could be relevent but it never matches.

I agree that's what was happening. It was impossible to find any matches. But tonight it seems to be working.

I can get it to pull up one time and the next time I try it's all blank. No store or coupon listed. I really want to play but this is very frustrating.

You are awarded points for new tag matches. For example, if it says "Free shipping at fragrance.net" and you matched on "perfume", the next time you get that code you cannot match on "perfume".

Umm...okay.

I figured that out awhile back. Earlier this morning nothing would match. I tried every possible combination I could think of for at least two dozen different things that popped up. It just wasn't working.

It seems to be working again though.

It's not working. Hasn't worked for me in two days. I'm lucky to get a couple of matches before the games brings up the box that says nothing is available. And with the thousands of coupons in the system, that should never happen. I think there are a lot of glitches in this game.

Once again, some members are not logging out of the game correctly or following the instructions to close the game.

Our Tech Team is working on a solution to this problem. The game is now fixed and should be working properly.

One of the Dell codes is locking up the game every time I go in. It has a long description and won't show the tag box, just the description. half of it anyway.

I tried full screen but still cannot get it to scroll down to the tag box.

I tried explaining this before, you can't properly log out of the game if you can't see the bottom half of the screen. The game screen doesn't scroll. If it's a long description, the tag window and buttons are all cut off, and so is the link to end the game. Maybe all those shoud be at the top above the ridiculously long descriptions that are causing all the problems. Or, just put a limit on the description. 25 words or less (or something to that affect).

Same problem I'm having. I've almost given up playing the game. I like it so much that I keep going back and am able to make one or two matches before it says nothing is available. I end up leaving frustrated!

Yes!! That's a problem too. It will say nothing else is available and you can't even read what's at the bottom and it doesn't scroll so there's no way to log out. It's happened also when the box comes up to make a match but you can't because the line to enter your tag is at the bottom and you can't scroll down to enter your tag. I end up hitting refresh which takes me back to the screen where you can start the game again.

I tried the game again just now...... the very first screen that loaded said no offers available please try again. It's really irritating because I used to be in 3rd place. And, I was just barely behind with time to catch up again but the game started doing this. It's continued to do this and I'm now almost 40,000 points behind. So it seems like not everyone is having this problem. But tag114 is having this problem too, so I know it's not just me.

And just in case someone from the MyCoupons staff stops in to fix this problem, when exactly does the game end? 11:59 p.m. eastern time on 04/30?

Obviously ajwebb has no problems with this game. They've racked up 10,000 points in the last couple of hours.

The more you play the match game the harder it is to match on an offer
you have already played. The reason for this, is that you do not get
points for matching on a tag you have already entered for that offer.
Trying more creative and descriptive tags may give you a better chance
at finding a match.

I agree! The administrator keeps saying it's because the matches are harder to get. But it's impossible to even play the game when it comes up saying no offers are available!!! And then you may get to match one or two and the no offers available screen comes up again.
Oh well. I don't think they're understanding the problem. They think we're complaining about having to put several different tags in before it matches.....that's not my problem. My problem is, the game is JUST NOT AVAILABLE. I cannot play it at all.
