| BEFORE you contact techs with a board/site problem. PLEASE make sure that you follow our suggestions here BEFORE you contact us with a board or site problem: Make SURE you are logged in to the site. IF you get a "404 - Can not display page" error, click on Refresh or Reload on your browser window to see if the page will then open. Please clear all old COOKIES, HISTORY, and TEMP FILES from your computer. You must close and reopen your browser to clear all caches. Do NOT use a browser provided from your ISP. We suggest Internet Explorer 6.0+. Other browsers may be unreliable and are not the industry standard. If you use Netscape, please upgrade to version 7.1+. Do NOT use old "Bookmarks" or "Favorites" since they may have changed. Go to http://www.mycoupons.com and log in in the upper right of any page. If you continue to get errors, they may be generated by your ISP that is using proxy servers. These proxy servers will send an incorrect response to you that is beyond our control. There are so many variables with computer systems and platforms. We can only ask that you please try our suggestions; contact your ISP and complain if they use proxy servers; or switch to an ISP that does not use proxy servers.
