Changing email address

I need to change my email addy, but when I tried the "change email & Password link in my CP, it took me to a page with my name, address, email address, etc. and that address was the one I wanted to change to. However, my new post notices are going to a different address.

Also, when I click on the change email address button on the other page, it goes to a page no found error.

Try this:

Go to your member toolbox

http://www.mycoupons.com/memberhome-...s-toolbox.html


once there, click on "Manage Profile"

A page should come up displaying your info. Enter your new email addy, then hit the update button.

Yep, that's the one I went to. And it has the email address I want to change my membership to in it already. However the notifications of new posts, etc, are going to a different address alltogether.

I have no idea how this happened, or how to fix it

Still no reply from the helpdesk folks. Any other suggestions? I will send another mail to them as soon as I finish replying to you, but I don't know if they are there...

This issue has been corrected. In the future, specific personal problems like this should be sent to help@mycoupons.com for a resolution.

Posting here should be for major issues that have an effect on most members.
