My PMs still don't work....

I can send, but can't receive.

I've tried logging out and back in. I've tried changing my password. Nothing.

This has been going on for over a year. Now that reps are gone, there is no way for anyone to leave me private feedback.

Please fix.

Mine has worked off and on and never been a steady thing. I gave up on it along time ago. its just got to be in the mood to work before it will.

Well, that stinks! But be careful here...they might have to turn off PMs for everyone because they aren't working for you guys!

If you are having issues with PM's please try the following steps:

1. Log in, and the click on the user CP, located in the top left corner in the green bar across the top of the page.

2. Once in the User CP, Click on the Edit Options Button, which is located on the left side of the page, listed under Settings & Options.

3. Once you are in the settings & options menu, you will see Messaging & Notifications, there is section that deals with PM's. If you want to be able to use the Private Messaging system you need to check Enable PM's. There are other options located below the Enable PM's that will let you customize your use of Private Messages. Once you are done choosing your options make sure you click the save changes button located at the bottom of the page.


If you are still having issues with the Pm's after you have tried this, please let us know exactly what the issues are.....
