While I like Kohls sales, shopping them online is a joke...I shopped thru a rewards program and used a coupon Kohls sent me in the mail for being a preferred customer...They refused to pay the rewards program and said I shopped thru another coupon site and that was who received credit for my purchase. I contacted Kohls customer service about my ordeal (it actually started in the store where I had a problem with their customer service people not wanting to help and told me to order online) and was told I would receive a special credit for this....After weeks of not receiving it, I contacted them and was told they were backlogged in giving out credits but I would receive it....A few more weeks went by and I contacted them again..This time I was told I wasn't getting one as I received the coupon discount already and they couldn't give me anything else..Needless to say, I doubt very much I will purchase online from them in the future unless it is one heck of a bargain...

I enjoy shopping online at Kohl's but prefer the store locally.

Kohl's has some great jewelry, nice frames, and good household products. Never buy anything there that is not on sale or you are getting a very raw deal. Their prices are inflated to allow them to offer their "incredible sales".

Kohl's just sent an e-mail saying they upgraded my (free) shipping on an order I placed a few days ago. So, my order placed 12/15 now has a scheduled delivery date of 12/19 -- instead of the 12/27 date they originally gave me. If it all goes through correctly, it will help make up for their disallowing the ebates rebate earlier!

The same exact thing happened to me. Very irritating. My only consolation is that I view any "rewards" I get back as a bonus, and try to not order unless it's already a good deal without the extra rewards. Still, it's frustrating because Kohl's is not following the rules on this one!

I haven't been successful double stacking the mvccharge15 code with any other offers. It says its an exclusive offer. 2-28-08

Online is much more of a hassle than in store. Usually, I will stock my cart (which takes awhile because their site is very slow during *sales*) and when I got to check out, 90% of what I have in my cart is *sold out*. Sometimes they don't tell you it's not available until you try to buy it. LOTS of wasted time. I do like that you can return in store

I love Kohls online. The nearest store is a hour away. One thing I have found is that they inflate the original prices when there is a sale. If jeans are $25 normally when a sale come around they show the original price at $30. This is an ongoing thing with Kohls online, not sure if they do this in the stores or not.
